This award is granted to a company that has fostered accessible financial education, tools, or resources that demonstrably improve the financial well-being of employees. Participation rates and employee feedback will be critical to measuring the impact of these initiatives. To ensure equity in recognition, this award is divided into three subcategories based on company size: small (1-50 employees), medium (51-250 employees), and large organisations (over 250 employees).

Evaluation Criteria

  • Comprehensive education: provides accessible and comprehensive financial education programs for employees.
  • Practical tools and resources: offers tools, workshops, or platforms to help employees manage personal finances and plan for the future.
  • Inclusivity in financial resources: actively promotes the inclusion and adaptation of financial resources to meet the diverse needs of employees.
  • Open conversations: encourages open discussions and removes stigma around financial topics in the workplace.
  • Measurable improvements: demonstrates measurable improvements in the financial well-being of employees, reflected in satisfaction surveys, usage data, or analysis results.
