This category highlights organisations leading with innovation and inclusivity, creating a positive impact on employees’ lives and redefining compensation as a key tool for the well-being and success of teams. These awards are segmented into three subcategories based on company size — small, medium, and large — allowing us to recognise efforts proportionate to the context and reality of each organisation.

People Category

This category recognises inspiring individuals who, through dedication, innovation, and commitment, have redefined practices and strategies that place people at the centre of decisions. More than an award, this is a unique opportunity to nominate and highlight colleagues, leaders, and professionals who serve as extraordinary examples in their field of expertise.

Evaluation Process

Applications will be assessed by a panel of professionals and specialists in the areas of people management, financial literacy, and innovation. Each submission will be analysed based on previously defined evaluation criteria, and a score will be assigned to each criteria according to its percentage weight.

This rigorous process ensures fair and transparent analysis, highlighting the initiatives and individuals who stood out the most in their categories.
