The company must demonstrate a commitment to aligning its compensation practices with the organisation’s values, ensuring accessibility, inclusion, and measurable impact on employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement.To ensure fair recognition, this award is divided into three subcategories, segmented by company size: Small (1-50 employees), Medium (51-250 employees) and Large (more than 250 employees)
