Description

This award is granted to a company that has utilised innovative practices, technology, or unique structures to enhance employee compensation. The judging panel will consider the originality, scalability, and impact of these practices on employee satisfaction and retention. To ensure equity in recognition, this award is divided into three subcategories, segmented by company size: small (1–50 employees), medium (51–250 employees), and large organisations (+250 employees).

Evaluation Criteria

  • Originality and creativity: demonstrates originality and creativity in compensation structures (e.g., new salary models, innovative benefits, or technology-based solutions).
  • Scalability and sustainability: implements scalable and sustainable compensation practices that align with organisational growth and its evolving needs.
  • Alignment with values and objectives: aligns the compensation strategy with the company culture, values, and long-term goals.
  • Data-driven optimisation: uses data, such as internal survey responses, to continuously optimise and personalise compensation for each employee.
  • Improving the employee experience: enhances employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through innovative approaches to compensation.
