This award is granted to a company that has utilised innovative practices, technology, or unique structures to enhance employee compensation. The judging panel will consider the originality, scalability, and impact of these practices on employee satisfaction and retention. To ensure equity in recognition, this award is divided into three subcategories, segmented by company size: small (1–50 employees), medium (51–250 employees), and large organisations (+250 employees).
